We suggest that all of our pet jerky and biscuits be refrigerated due to "No Preservatives" and all Natural products that we use.
This help maintain the products freshness and keep the product fresh for a healthy life of your loved animal.
Through a lot of research I read up on numerous companies that are making dog treats only to find that they are all using the same and similar
ingredients that are found in processed human foods including, chemicals, preservatives and artificial flavorings. They also have a long shelf life
which leads me to believe that in order to extend the shelf life of a food product it has preservatives in them.

This information led me to remember that these ingredients are the biggest causes of the obesity and health problems that we humans and pets
are facing today. Unlike our product it is truly preservative free. All of our treats are baked fresh when ordered. Never to be manufactured.© It' s like
buying fresh treats from a bakery. These treats have received certification by the Department of Agriculture. And great response by several holistic
veterinarians. We have several flavors of biscuits available.

When is my credit card charged:

If the item is in stock. Your credit card will be charged that day or the following day your order is placed.
If we run out of the item or it is not in stock, we will email you that the item is out of stock. Your credit card will not be charged.

Where Do We Ship:  Most Orders to the 48 contiguous states ship in 2 to 3 business days from the day after you place your order, give a extra day if your order
was placed on a Holiday, Friday or weekend. Business days for shipping are Mondays thru Friday.

We ship to rural route addresses to US Post Offices.  We do not ship to Private P.O. Boxes at this time.

Note: Sometimes we can run out of stock of a item. If this happens we will Email or Call you the next business day.

How Long Does It Take My Package to Arrive
We can not responsible for non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as labor and/or maritime strikes, customs delays, acts of God or
weather conditions. Please give 3 to 7 business days from the day we ship your order to all 48 contiguous states .
Business days are Monday - Friday. These are only approximated days and there is no guarantee that it will arrive on a certain day.
Most Packages ship out of The State of Washington.

Some packages are sent with signature conformation if the amount is over $100.00. It is highly recommended that you choose a shipping address where there
will be an someone available to sign for your package. We assume no liability for any packages left at a door, or that have not been signed for.

We have a 5 business day return policy of receipt of the shipment delivered to you.
Unless the item is not returnable as stated on the product page.

A return authorization number must be requested within 5 business days of receipt of the shipment and the return authorization number will be valid for
5 days from the date of issue.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and including back to us, unless on a mistake on our part.  Repack the product in the original
packing materials if you have them.

Print on the box the return authorization number that we gave you. 
You will receive a credit to your credit card for the items returned after we receive the item(s) and they have been inspected.
We can not give a credit if the merchandise has been used, cut, damaged or lost in transit back to us. 
Please insure your item(s) in case of loss in shipping back to us.

No returns without a prior authorization will be accepted. 

Any shortage or damage claims must be made within 2 business days upon receipt of merchandise. 
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and back and cannot be refunded.

If you ship an order back to us without an authorization number.
Your shipment will be refused and sent back to you.

Note: All of our treats are made fresh the same day of shipping.
For longer shelf life, we recommend that our treats be refrigerated on arrival. Our treats have "No Preservatives, Chemicals or Artificial Flavoring It is time for a

Can I Ship Parts Of My Order To A Different Address? Yes
You can select ship items to one address only as the shipping to on the shopping cart page once you are ready to checkout.
During the checkout process, you may select a different address to ship 1 only, like your home address or business address.
This is only for the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Orders must go to the physical address. No private P.O Boxes.
If you live in a rural address we can deliver to a USPS address. Must be a Untied State Post Office, not a private P. O. Box.
Note: (Billing Fields on check out page) Must have correct billing address for your credit card information. The address that appears on your credit card
statement. If not correct this can delay in the shipping of your order.
Please note that FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box or APO/FPO addresses
